0x03 Sponsorship

Help build the third edition.

Security BSides Dehradun returns on 3–4 April 2027. Your support brings technical talks, hands-on learning and the local security community together, while helping us keep a volunteer-run conference within reach.

We are planning for 400+ unique attendees across two days. This is a target, not a turnout or venue-capacity guarantee. The venue is being finalised.

3–4 April 2027 Dehradun Venue to be announced

01 The conference

Built here. Growing with the people who show up.

187 people joined 0x01, and 255 joined 0x02. For 0x03 we are planning for 400+ attendees across two days. The earlier figures describe past editions; the 0x03 figure is our goal.

187

0x01

Attended in 2024. The first edition.

255

0x02

Attended in 2026. The second edition.

400+

0x03

Planned across the two days. A goal, not a confirmed venue capacity.

The room brings students and working security people into the same conversation. Some come for their first hands-on lab. Others come with years of stories from incident response, product security and the things that broke last week. We want both.

A ring of people standing shoulder to shoulder around a white table in a bright hall, all of them looking down at it, the table covered with opened-up handsets, a laptop and small hand tools, with a printed roll-up at the left edge of the frame.

02 What it helps make possible

The useful parts cost money. That is where you come in.

Sponsorship pays for the practical things that make a community conference work. We match your support to the plan we can actually deliver, then agree the detail with you before anything is promised in your name.

  1. Access for more people

Help keep attendance within reach for students and people paying their own way. Any funded places, and how they are allocated, are agreed before we promise them.

  2. Hands-on learning

Help cover shared lab materials, workshop supplies and the kit that the hands-on floor runs on, once the programme's needs are known.

  3. Food and a better day on site

Meals, tea, coffee and water matter. We are discussing separate support for Saturday 3 April and Sunday 4 April, each covering that day's meals and refreshments.

  4. The basics that hold it together

Help with event materials, badges, production and the small things people only notice when they are missing.

03 Main sponsorship

Back the whole event at one of five levels.

Each level supports 0x03 as a whole and carries a set number of individual-category conference passes. The amounts, the full list of benefits and the posting plan live in the sponsorship prospectus; we send it by email and confirm what is available before making an offer.

No prices on this page; the prospectus has the detail

  1. Presenting

Single top position with exclusive title-style event recognition.

    8conference passes

    Available for 0x03

  2. Principal

Premium multi-channel visibility across web, social, stage and print.

    6conference passes

    Available for 0x03

  3. Core

Strong brand, hiring and attendee-email visibility.

    4conference passes

    Available for 0x03

  4. Supporting

Focused digital, print and event recognition.

    2conference passes

    Available for 0x03

  5. Contributor

    1conference pass

    Available for 0x03

Passes are individual-category conference passes, not corporate ticket blocks. A table or a stand on the floor is possible only once the venue is confirmed and we know the space we have; nothing physical is assumed while the venue is being finalised.

04 Specific opportunities

Or put your support behind one part of it.

Back a specific part of 0x03 instead of the whole event. Shared opportunities can have more than one sponsor; exclusive ones are reserved for a single sponsor. What each one includes, and the amounts, are set out in the prospectus.

05 Community partners

A place for the groups that make this scene real.

Local security groups, student chapters and nonprofits can ask to be listed as community partners without a sponsorship fee. Tell us what your group does and how you would like to take part. We confirm the listing and any practical involvement with you; it is separate from the five paid sponsorship levels.

06 The people who back it

The organisations behind the work.

0x03 cash and item sponsors

We will add confirmed partners here.

Cash and item sponsors appear once they have approved their name, logo and link. If your organisation would like to be part of the third edition, get in touch.

07 How we work

The programme stays independent.

The audience trusts the programme, and that trust is the whole of what a sponsor is backing. So a few things are settled before any conversation about money.

  • No talk, keynote or say over the programme

The schedule comes out of the call for papers and is reviewed on merit. Anyone from a sponsoring organisation is welcome to submit, with the sponsorship kept out of the review. It cannot be bought.

  • No attendee data

No attendee list, no CV or resume book, no badge-scan export. We do not sell or share attendee data. If you want to meet the people in the room, we will help you meet them in the room.

  • A presence on the floor, only if agreed

A table or a stand is possible only if we agree it in advance, and only once the venue is confirmed and we know the space we have.

The reason sponsoring this is worth anything is that we do not sell the things a sponsor would most like to buy.

The organising team

08 Start a conversation

Tell us what you have in mind.

There is no form and no sales sequence. Say who you are and what you are hoping for, and a real person replies. We will send the amounts and what each level includes by email; we do not publish the rate card here.

Request the sponsorship prospectus

Prefer a direct address? [email protected]

A few lines is plenty to start: who your organisation is, and whether you are thinking of backing the whole event or one part of it. We reply with the levels and costs, and an honest answer to whatever you ask.

09 Questions

A few things sponsors usually ask.

Can you send me the sponsorship amounts and benefits?

Yes. Email [email protected] and we will send the amounts and what each level includes. We do not publish the rate card on this page; it goes out the same way to everyone who asks.

What can our organisation support?

The whole event, or one specific part of it. Each catering day can be taken separately, so you can back Saturday 3 April or Sunday 4 April on its own. An after-hours gathering is also possible, subject to confirmation. Tell us what you have in mind and we will find the version that fits.

Do sponsorships include conference passes or an on-site presence?

Some levels can include a small number of individual-category passes; we do not sell corporate blocks of tickets. A physical presence on the floor, such as a table or a stand, is possible only if the venue and schedule allow it, and only once the venue is confirmed.

Can we speak or recruit at the event?

No programme slot comes with sponsorship. The schedule is chosen on merit through the call for papers, and anyone from a sponsoring organisation is welcome to submit through the usual process. We do not hand over attendee data or a resume book; if you want to meet people, we will help you meet them in the room.

Is the venue confirmed?

The event is planned for Dehradun on 3–4 April 2027. We are finalising the venue and will announce it here once it is confirmed.

Can a local community group be listed?

Yes, at no cost. Local security groups, student chapters and nonprofits can be listed as community partners without a fee. See the community partners section above, or write to us and we will set it up.
